I am a veteran educator who has 30 years of experience successfully teaching and leading in the public schools of Alabama and Georgia. As a trainer, I draw from the wealth of experience I have to motivate and inspire educators to greater respect and passion for their profession, as I share practical and proven user-friendly strategies they can effectively and immediately use in their classrooms. Additionally, I also help guide them in exploring and understanding some foundational beliefs that are quintessential to creating a positive learning environment that is safe and conducive for all students to learn and thrive.
